Senator Barack Obama said he had not been clear enough in explaining his Iraq policy.

He is so not ready for prime time.

This is as Clintonesque as it gets.... The man is responsible for nothing, never has been, never will be.

God help the United States if they elect this fool.

“I was surprised by how finely calibrated every single word was measured,”...

What the heck does that mean? That sounds like idiot speak.

i think Obama has been perfectly clear on his policy on Iraq: he is committed to ending the war, NOT winning the war. that’s all i need to know.

“I was surprised by how finely calibrated every single word was measured,”

Unravel the sentence: "...every word was finely calibrated measured". WTF does that mean?

Is it similar to the English equivalent; every word being carefully scrutinized?

I was just watching Fr. Jonathan on Fox & FRiends.

He was commenting on the differences between McCain and Obama's views on Faith Based Programs.

Fr Jonathan was very concerned with Obamas version, basically Obama takes the Faith out of the program.

Obama's version would make it illegal for them to discriminate against hiring.

Read that...you must hire gays, people who support abortion, etc.

And what job does this man want? He's surprised that a candidate's words are "calibrated"?

Just words?

Ah... but you didn’t vote for Kerry or for Gore, Clinton’s election in 96 was understandable and his election in 92 was a sad mistake of circumstance, because of that stupid old fool Perot and that other stupid old fool Larry King; Who by the way had no FOX news to counter his and every other liberals enthrallment at a third contender to help Clinton achieve a victory with 57% of the American people NOT voting for him the first time around.

They say this every election cycle; ‘This is the most important election ever’.... Well, this time they’re right.

If Barry is elected President, you will have a continuation of the Carter mindset... Do no harm, no matter what and with a world of Islamic Fascist looking to harm Democracy in any way they can, that’s hardly the type of President you, or the world requires at this time.

Looks like “word salad” to me. The sentence doesn’t make sense, but he strings toether some impressive words, doesn’t he?

Apparently, many are fooled and think he is a great orator. This comment shows that the real Obama strggles with language and exposes how naive he really is.

That reminds me of a tee shirt I had years ago with this on the front.

I've been known to sling a
little bull now and then.
Occasionally, I like to
listen to a real pro.
PLEASE CARRY ON!

Obama's website does indeed list 55 states.

In other words, he was against the surge and now is praising the surge as successful. Only now does he want to learn about it because hie is running for CINC. This also means he not only didn't want to talk to any “commanders on the ground” as a voting first-term Senator, he has little understanding and respect for the military leaders - the or now. Talk about triangulation for the sake of politics. This flip is a real flop!

Well...the Donks have done us one favor; they nominated the most compelling guy to vote against outside of Dennis Kusinich. Despite the lousy candidate on the GOP side, I still think this is winnable. Either way, we'll get a liberal in the White House.
btw, I'm headed for the Stampede this week...
