Because of a Clancy book?

Absolutely.

Those Persian pricks think their 13th Imammy is hiding in a well somewhere near Qom, Qoz, Quze, Ooze, whatever the name of that damn place is, and Ahmadinnerjacket is in love with the place, so bomb it first. The mullahs have already dragged that godforsaken hell-hole back to the 9th century, we might as well send 'em the rest of the way back to about -3 months to Zero AD so they can alllll meet Jesus!

Hell yes, nuke the bastids! Cauterize that pus-filled, festering sore on the face of the Earth with some serious megatons, and use the mullahs and their little runt of a sockpuppet for Ground Zero.

Nuke Iran today, or face Ahmanutjob with a nuke, chemical OR bio weapons tomorrow.

That should be a no-brainer.

Was it Clancy or some other writer who supposed a fully gassed up 747 could be crashed into a joint session of Congress?

Makes you wonder where the Islamonazis find their ideas. If they can’t come up with their own, at least Clancy has an imagination they can follow.
