This is a bit of old news. But it never hurts to recycle to educated people who where not aware Iraq had big plans to convert the yellowcake (uranium oxide)into HF6 then by gas or centrifuge techniques further process it into enriched uranium for use in atom bombs.
The regime never had plans on shutting down it's nuclear programs at Salman Pak and elsewhere.
