Your proposal worked out well for alcohol now didn't it...how many alcohol related deaths have there been since the repeal of prohibition? Not that I'm against booze but legalizing drugs is not the answer...we've got enough stupidity and drug addiction in America now; we don't need more drug induced stupidity and addiction, thank you! Nope, if America reeeeeeeeeeely wanted to eliminate the trafficking of illegal drugs; we could start tomorrow. Just ask anyone who's been to Japan or Dubai what happens to those who are busted for drugs!
