Absolutely CO2 is just a “trace element” of the atmosphere. I made a gross error by saying CO2 in the 5,6,7% range. We are no where near that but in past eras we had that much. Peaked at 7000ppm.... That must be 7%. Hope I’m not wrong

Are you clear that 1% means one-hundredth? Many of your posts would be accurate if it were a thousandth, instead, but a percent is in fact a hundredth.
Thus:
7000/millionths = 7-thousandths = 0.7-hundredths = 0.7%
