Gosh, and thanks to your son for his service to our Country, that’s awesome!
So much enjoy reading about all of our fantastic military installations, Fort Knox looks like a great Army base!
We have had a road trip to Fort Sill too, but we definitely need to check out Fort Leonard Wood.
***hugs***
Yark!
SURPRISE REUNION - When 84-year-old U.S. Army veteran Richard McKinley visited the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C., June 24, 2008, he didn't expect the U.S. Air Force's top enlisted man to greet him -- even if Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Rodney J. McKinley is his nephew. The elder McKinley was pleasantly surprised at the impromptu family reunion. "I haven't seen him in years, so being able to be here when he arrived is very meaningful for me," said Chief McKinley. U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Master Sgt. Raymond Sarracino
