You may have heard about the Triple-killing on the Streets of San Francisco by a gang member(s) purported to belong to the infamous Salvadorian gang, known as MS-13.
A suspected gang member accused of killing a father and two sons escaped prosecution in a weapons case earlier this year when the San Francisco district attorney's office concluded it didn't have enough evidence to connect him to a gun that a passenger in his car was carrying

This same MS-13 gang member, Edwin Ramos, had been picked up and booked before on felony weapons charges, as well as a separate count of being in a criminal street gang.
Romos passenger -- fellow MS-13 gang member, Erick Lopez -- was also arrested after he ran from police.
As he ran from one of the officers he allegedly threw a hand gun in the gutter that the police recovered.
Police sent the case to prosecutors who declined to file charges against Ramos citing lack of evidence that Ramos had known that Lopez had a gun.
Apparently, for the gang charge to stick, there would have to be evidence indicating Ramos had committed a crime -- such as a connection to the handgun that was in the possession of Lopez (felony weapons) -- for prosecutors to bring Ramos to trial.
It was only AFTER Ramos was released that it was discovered through ballistics tests, that the gun found in the possession of his passenger, Lopez, had been used the day before their arrest to kill two men.
Now, AFTER the death of three innocent citizens, Ramos is being charged with three counts of murder.
This known gang member slid though the system, without fear of prosecution, but if an ordinary citizen forgets to pay a jaywalking ticket, he may find himself on a work-crew doing community service -- with a shovel in one hand and a pooper-scooper in the other.
Yah, Mr. Ramos didnt know Mr. Lopez was packing heat, did he? Sure he didnt and Im going to make a fortune selling ice-cubes in the Antarctic.
Or maybe it one of those dont ask, dont tell arrangements?
In the city of Los Angeles, CA., back in the day, the only cops that the 18th street and MS-13 (affiliated with the Mexican Mafia: M is the 13th letter in the alphabet) gangs were fearful of was the now disbanded, and discredited, LAPD Rampart CRASH Division (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums).
I liked the vigilantly attitude of the CRASH cops and, as far as the Rampart scandal is concerned frankly, madam, I dont give a dam!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rampart_Scandal
Ok. I do give a dam.
There were some corrupt cops.
But still, are the police supposed to use Kid gloves when dealing with hardened killers?
This was war and in war people get hurt.
In regards to certain gang activities one wheelchair-bound veteran gang member once told me intimidation is the name of the game.
So the motto of the former CRASH unit: We intimidate those who intimidate others seems appropriate.
Most of the gang members or their minions that were harassed by CRASH were engaged directly, or indirectly, in serious crimes -- in one way or another.
Even those members who werent overtly violent were still feeding the mouths of those that were.
Many of these gangs are international in scope.
They are involved in extortion and protection rackets, prostitution and gun running, forging false documents and ID cards for illegal aliens illegals that may then be pressed to run drugs and perform other various activities.
Yes, the glamorous world of gangs guns, drugs, prisons, and overdoses are coming to a town or city near you.
Its not the American dream I remember!
Lets put it this way.
You are a law abiding citizen walking down a dimly lit street at night.
Coming toward you on one side is a violent street gang and on the other is a gang of cops.
Which side are you going to walk on?
Ill take my chances with the cops -- thank you!
Back in the Rampart division CRASH days the skinny on the street was that the man had made a deal with the gang leaders, that gang members were not to harm civilians.
There were also couple of special days of the week set aside when the cops were to be more active -- depending on the area.
On those days the cops were high profile and only the most disparate or ill informed would be on the street.
The other days of the week were -- from the gangs point of view -- comparatively safe .
There were rules of engagement to be followed.
If a gang member hurt a civilian it was usually taken care of internally by the leaders.
The gang leaders didnt want the man coming down on them, unnecessarily.
It wouldnt be good for their business.
What happened in San Francisco, Ca., was the killing of civilians.
I dont care if it was an accident, the perpetrator(s) need to be made an example of.
When gangs can roam the streets with impunity -- committing violent attacks upon innocent citizens -- someones not doing their job.
If the authorities cant handle these gangs, who will?
As far as Im concerned gangs like MS-13 are terrorist and need to be treated as such.
The MS-13 gang has even targeted the courageous Minuteman patrolling our southern border.
http://www.minutemanproject.com/
(doing the job our government refuses to do!)
Even the Italian Mafiosos have been patriotic Americans -- in their own way.
The point is gangs such as MS-13 are incompatible with traditional American culture and have to be dealt with harshly.
The insulated and out of touch, open borders, globalist, feckless quislings that we have for leaders -- in both major parties! -- must be replaced by vigilant Americans, if we are to survive.
Yes vigilant.
It means to watch -- to be on guard.
And a vigilantly is one who performs the above actions.
If our elected officials wont protect the citizens from these gangs, then communities may have to take the law into their own hands.
As for rogue cops
All I got to say is
Wheres Dirty Harry when we need him?

After I wrote the above (but before I posted it) the following story broke talk about synchronicity.

Dirty Harry, or Paul Kersey?
“Screw being politically correct, we need to be Americans first.”
Indeed, the barbarians are at the gates.
If we don’t act now we are going to end up as a foot note in history:
American’s were nice — but stupid — people, who would rather lose their country before they would be perceived as ‘intolerant’.

If this killer’s attorney has half a brain, and a healthy wallet, he’ll tell his client to be a juvenile drug dealer. It appears that the San Francisco Juvenile Probation Department has special “get out of jail” deal featuring city funded round trips to and from Central America, free transportation and personal escorts to the airport gate at which the lucky probation officer of the day has the chance to hand off his business card to the frequent flyers, in hopes they’ll spell his name on the check correctly.
Not sure what the total cost is for the flyer, but it’s gotta be a bargain even at twice the bribe. Beat the rap, get out of town, go home, pick up fresh drugs, call your “probation officer” to let him know you’re coming back, score a ride from the airport, hit town, start dealing. The cartels have to love it, and if it helps the underpaid probation officers pay their bills, then it’s all good.

Yeah, I think I heard something about this ‘frequent Flyer Program’ for delinquents ... ONLY IN AMERICA! (SARCASM)
The truth is stranger than fiction!
Thanks for the update!

This is really not a California problem. It is too big for them to handle.
The government of any nation only has legitimacy because it is the toughest gang of them all. If it is challenged by another gang, either it wipes that gang out, or it loses its right to rule.
That being said, MS-13 is on the FBI’s turf. Arresting and imprisoning MS-13 members accomplishes little. This leaves the FBI one alternative.
Traditionally, the FBI should send MS-13 a message. If MS-13 ignores the message, to get out of the United States for good, then the FBI must do what is necessary to eradicate them entirely.
This will not involve arrest.
“Arresting and imprisoning MS-13 members accomplishes little”
I think you are right.
It’s a Federal Problem.
I wonder how many informants have penetrated the MS-13 gang?
I have a hunch there is more to this story than meets the eye?
I wonder if Ramos is an informant of some sort.
STE=Q
I’ve always assumed, based on who they elect, that Californians and in particular SF residents were proud to sacrifice their lives to advance liberalism and illegals in this country
