As Rush pointed out, it’s a carefully scripted attack on McCain’s strengths. That do nothing Clintonite general, Weasly Clark, leads off. Then the drive-bys launch a coordinated attack the following day and now this bit of
pond scum adds a few words. The usual suspects will no doubt scurry out of the woodwork during the next few days with their versions of the anti-McCain script.

I agree. I don’t believe for one minute that Clark was some lone ranger on this...and now Beers? Absolutely this was coordinated with the Obama campaign.
The good news is, the blowback from this will force Obama to forcefully sitance himself from those remarks. Wesley Clark and Rand Beers, who thought they were securing plum spots in the Obama administration, will soon find themselves with the same Greyhound treadmarks on their backs as Grandma, rev Wright, et al.
