Does anyone have a link to that particular bill and if the Illinois legislature posts online who voted yea or nay on pieces of legislation? Jeff, do you have any of this?

The vote was on 4/4/02 and it was SB1663. SB1661 and SB1662 were related to it. Those two bills passed. I believe that SB1663 was one vote short after one member of the Senate asked for the vote to be checked.
