Excellent. One of the best things we can do as shooters is to convert a fence-sitter or even better, an anti.
I’ve produced my own replacement parts before. If it’s ever legal again, I’d love to produce the mechanism design I have (LEGALLY) for selective fire.
This should not be construed as a statement that I would ever illegally modify a firearm!
Good, then you’ll not be caught flat footed when the politiscum make the next big gun grab.
No matter what bones are thrown to gun owners, it’s always a prelude to something worse coming down the pipe.
Has that Yamoto “blade of grass” quote been verified? I seem to remember reading that it was bogus, he never said it.
No matter what bones are thrown to gun owners, its always a prelude to something worse coming down the pipe.
Our biggest problem won't ever be lack of guns; it will be lack of citizens who understand who to shoot, and when to shoot them.
I’m thinking Heller really turned this around, we shall see. I’m feeling a sudden urge to BLOAT (buy lots of ammo today)
And regardless of whatever new blood that is infused into that den of thugs by the new president(whomever he may be) the odds are very poor that we will end up with more conservatives.
Loading up on ammo at every opportunity and hiding it where it's safe from discovery is never a bad idea, especially in these dark times.
You done good by your son.
We need more American Riflemen like you.
We did, and we are winning.
Real men ROCK BTTT!!!!!
I did the same thing for my son at age 9. Today, this 19 year old college sophomore delights in taking the children of liberal gun-grabber parents out in the field and teaching them the joys of shooting up 2-liter bottles of soda, bags of flour, assorted tin cans, etc. Some of these parents have written to me, saying that their kids are bugging them to dust off old .22s and .410s and go shooting with their sons and daughters. Slowly, we are going to turn this thing around.
Guns have been in my life for as long as I can remember. My Dad's double barreled shotgun sat, loaded, in the hall outside the bathroom all my life. There was a .45 cal. pistol under his side of the bed. We all knew it was there and, in a pinch, any one of “his girls” would have known what to do with it.
Something our enemies might not have considered, there are LOTS of women in these United States that are quite familiar with firearms.
We can own the semi-automatic version of it, but that’s not good enough.
I want the Happy Switch/Rock and Roll/Full-Tilt Boogie button.
The article makes a great point. It’s not just the tools it’s the attitude. Training doesn’t hurt either.
Fighting this every day for my sons. They will be men.
Wow, a convert just like that.
Pretty much. I broke the gun down before we went to the range so that the neighbor didn't think there was some mysterious troll inside.
And we talked about automobiles as weapons:
THanks for posting.
My son when to public school
Joined the Marines
Shot expert (M4, M9and did pretty good with the 203 and SMAW)
AS log as there is a Marine Corps this will be a free Nation.
AS I tell folKs, I may not look like much, but I raised a Marine!
Grandpa fought the Huns
Dad and Uncle fought the Japs / Nazis
I did 22 years in the USAF and son just finished a tour in the COrps.
At 86 Dad still hits the 10 ring
At 56 I still hit what I’m aiming at and the son just shoots best.
SO if some bozo thinks he is going to have a walk in taking over the US, time to think again......
Would have been better if he’d spelled Admiral YAMAMOTO’s name correctly.
