As I post this, my Smith & Wesson .40 M&P, is sitting here on the desk next to me. Every week, my little housekeeper, very carefully, dusts all around it-—and she vaccums around the loaded shotgun and rifle in the closet.

Guns have been in my life for as long as I can remember. My Dad's double barreled shotgun sat, loaded, in the hall outside the bathroom all my life. There was a .45 cal. pistol under his side of the bed. We all knew it was there and, in a pinch, any one of “his girls” would have known what to do with it.

Something our enemies might not have considered, there are LOTS of women in these United States that are quite familiar with firearms.

LOL! We usually put ours out of the way before the cleaners come. Last week I realized I left the AK sitting on it's bipod in the hometheater room. Oops. I guess they vacuumed around it.
