What would happen if I took my scissors and altered my certificate number by cutting it out and try to pass it off to the Treasury Department at HR?

Okay see if the Treasury Dep’t has the cojones to do this. Ask, no make an official request for valid documentation of the haloed one’s Constitutional qualifications.If not forthcoming then publicly withdraw Secret Service protection.
