do people really think: a) this is an issue? b) the republicans would persue a "default" strategy? c) even if this went to court, a court would have the stones to declare him inelligible. ?

Now the vote is 3y-3n after my vote. I hope I am not tempted tothere start trading again. Been there, done that. As my commodity statement used to say, “last amount is loss unless otherwise noted.

***About half do, so far. But the poll numbers are very small. Obama’s Intrade price went UP this morning, so the indicators are that it’s a tempest in a teacup.

b) the republicans would persue a “default” strategy?
***What is the default strategy?

c) even if this went to court, a court would have the stones to declare him inelligible. ?
***I dunno what others think, but I doubt a court would have the stones to declare him ineligible. That’s actually a very astute observation about today’s political climate. If aRINOld Schwartzenwhatever ran for pres, we would all know that he was ineligible. This one seems to be closer to straddling a legal grey area. The democrats like to twist laws when they don’t like what the law says, and that’s the approach they’d take on this one.
