In the beginning of June, “Malcolm” told me about the magnetism thing and said the warranty issue was fixed and that I should await the arrival of the return box.
Last week, I called to see where the box was and got re-screwed.
Frankly, I don’t care if gamma-rays caused it so long as it got -fixed-.

It might be hoping for a lot, but if this “Malcolm” has mailed you anything about the magnetism problem, you should forward that to as many Sony customer service email addresses as possible. Even if you don’t have an email to forward, just send them a detailed explanation about what you endured, including the explanations they gave you.
