I’m surprised that Obama isn’t leading by more after all the free publicity he gets from the main stream media he should have at least a 15 point lead in every state.

All things considered, I think the “Messiah” is doing poorly.

Better resurrect more dead voters to vote for him in November.

The longer this goes without Bambi truly pulling away, the more likely a McCain victory. Despite the attempts of a couple of polling outfits to make this look like a blowout, the reality is it is a very close race right now with Obama holding a small lead.

When the 527s start to attack Obama, that will tell the story IMO. If he can withstand the barrage, he could get a close win. I think it is equally possible he will implode under the pressure though.

With the exception of Colorado, these were all "blue" states in 2004.

Add a few (4-6) points to McCain and subtract a few from Obama for the "Bradley Effect" and Obama would seem to be in some trouble.
