exactly. A birth certificate is a public record. Why the secrecy? Why the concealment? Why the collaboration by the City of Honolulu and State of Hawaii in the concealment? For me a red flag is the race listed as "African". I never never heard of such a thing on an official document, especially from the 1960's.

i don’t know about hawaii but in florida a birth certificate is not a matter of public record. not just anyone can go into a clerk of courts and request someone elses birth cert. just think of the problems that would arise.
