It's onto New Hampshire and a week-end of racing at Loudon as we close in on another 4th of July.

When they first started that interview with Smoke I thought he was gonna blow up. The look on his face wasn’t one I’d wanna see if I was interviewing. But, he did real nice. Poor guy. I was ready for him to climb a fence today.

The race is OVER.Didn't take long. They got all the money in I guess. I got a hive of wasps in a birdhouse. Keep forgetting to get them on a late evening. maybe with that prod from you I'll remember today. maybe.

My boy had a great time with PRB!
Still flapping his lips about it!
Great time.
Start's off with me stuck in a turn lane I should not have been in (that lot was full, I find out after waiting to get in...), talking to PRB on the phone, he misses the turn cuz he's yaking to me on the phone....
Finally get parked and walking in.....about 50 yds ahead of us was PRB and Co.
Good day.

Tell Ben to hang in there, and get ready to be called 4 Eyes a lot if he has to wear glasses in boot camp. :-) Thing is - he's already had the correction surgery and he's 20/10 - reads the bottom line.
I did that for him because he has always worn contacts and the adjustment to specs was a distraction that I wanted to spare him.
Bottom line is that the first recruiter screwed up. He knew Ben was getting this done and told him not to mention it to anyone. Evidently could have been open for fraudulent enlistment if he had gone ahead and found out later.
