t is now a virtual certainty that the "birth certificate" claimed by the Barack Obama campaign as authentic is a photoshopped fake.
The image, purporting to come from the Hawaii Department of Health, has been the subject of intense skepticism in the blogosphere in the past two weeks.
It has become even more suspect with the revelation that variations of the certificate image were posted on the Photobucket image aggregation website -- including one listing the location of Obama's birth as Antarctica, one with the certificate supposedly issued by the government of North Korea, and another including a purported photo of baby Barack -- one of which has a "photo taken" time-stamp just two minutes before the article and accompanying image was posted on the left-wing Daily Kos blog.
That strongly suggests that Daily Kos obtained the image from Photobucket, not the State of Hawaii, the Obama family, or the Obama campaign. Photobucket is not known as a credible supplier of official vital records for any of the fifty states, and the liberties that other Photoshoppers took with the certificates confirms this.

Look, spend your time on this nonsense if you want to, I don't care. Like those who think 9/11 was a government plot or that the Navy shot down TWA800 you will all latch on to any shred, no matter how ridiculous, to try and prove your point. I’ve sent this to the Hillary and Daily Kos sites asking them to explain the document. I’ve sent this to Hannity, Michelle Malkin also. No response.

Besides, it wouldn't matter if he were born in Timbuktu or the moons of Saturn; his mother is American and so he is a natural-born citizen, i.e. a citizen from birth. Pursuing this avenue is a laughable waste of time and effort.
You truly believe that or you have researched the law enough to know better?
If he was born on the Moons of Saturn or Timbukta to a Mother who was a US citizen, he is a US citizen.....
HOWEVER he is not a natural born citizen because only one of his parents was an American citizen based upon the law at the time he was born, which take precedence over the law written anytime after he was born.
I said this before on a similar thread: The analysis of this document reveals that it is a cut and paste Photoshop job. That is, someone painstakingly took pieces of border design and moved them around on the page. Then they took pieces of bitmapped text from who knows where and placed them on the page...all for the purpose of faking an "official" looking document. I am a graphic artist who uses Photoshop every day. They did not do a very good job, but this is not something a secretary or clerk would routinely do to fulfill a routine request.

That’s quite a yarn. It seems a bit unlikely to me.
Well, from what I understand of them, aren’t the Clintons famous for not doing the dirty work so to speak? I mean putting whispers in other people’s ears. If she had brought this up early on, it could have been fixed so to speak. But waiting until a last few weeks, it would blow his candidacy, she isn’t responsible for it, and she is waiting in the wings.
But then again, as another poster put it, if they were so perfect and brilliant, she would be the candidate right now. I think people feared her so much, they overestimated her.

Why is Bill Clinton working with Obama’s campaign? Its not because he is supporting Obama. He is there to derail Obama and gather information. Bill is loyal to Hillary.
Unprecedented? You bet! This is open fist extreme fighting which will be unprecedented! Obama has no problem opening up sealed divorce records of Hull and Ryan when he ran for the US Senate office. He had no problems disqualify all his opponents in the State Senate race in 1996 by challenging all of their petition signatures. In both cases he gain political office unchallenge.
And this guy really scares me. He is not qualify to be POTUS due to his extreme inexperience.

I love my country too much to allow it to fall into a third world power and Obama will do that by strengthing our enemies. I would even tolerate Hillary as president at least she would be a loyal American.

I checked and you are right, only up until 1925 for passport records, but I did find the birth and death date of Obama’s mother and grandmother (and their social if that makes a difference).
So maybe THIS is how Hillary gets back into the race. I feel certain that she’s not out of the race for ‘08 yet.

"Precedent" with respect to what the public will put up with. Legally, "precedent" is irrelevant. During the Clinton impeachment, there was a lot of talk about "precedent," as though the text of the Constitution was meaningless unless everything had been done before. If the Constitution requires something, there is no need of a "precedent."
No. When somebody runs for public office, the burden of proof that he/she is qualified is on him/her. This applies to the official qualifications—and should apply to the unofficial qualifications.
