There is just too much scary stuff about Hussein out there in the public view. Even with our very slanted mainstream media, I think folks are hearing a lot of really bad stuff about this "messiah".
God knows, I hope I'm right about this!
There is no political correctness in the voting booth.
“I’ve always though McLame would win this thing. I pay no attention to polls, but my gut feeling is that when people are voting, they will vote for McLame, no matter how they usually vote.”
I, too, would like to see McCain win in a landslide that literally crushes Obama (ending his presidential ambitions once and for all), but I don’t expect this to happen.
I’d settle for a convincing win, but considering the messiah-like image of Obama that is being foisted upon the public by the media, even this may be too much to hope for.
In that case, all I want to see is a win, period. Even a squeaker.
Just a win will be enough. Losing isn’t an option this time around.

The problem is that gut feelings dont translate well out to the communities we dont intersect. I am sure western Travis will be obama-free. But what about downtown Austin?
And no, the media is *NOT* sharing much bad about Obama. Media studies show 70% positive for Obama, and as usual only about 20% positive on Republicans.
Here’s a test. Send this to 10 liberal friends and see what they do with it:
Obama is a lying, plagiarizing, flipflopping, elitist, arrogant, leftwing socialist with poor judgment and radical extremist friends and associates, including the racist pastor Rev Wright, who he called his friend and mentor for 20 years. Obama will hurt our economy with his higher taxes, hurt our culture with pro-abortion extremism and racial grievance politics, and get Americans killed with his naive and weak foreign policy.

will their heads explode? ... the reaction will tell you if Obama will win or not.
