No one is going to mistake the campaign materials as coming from the Office of the President, so it isn't illegal. However, I think it should have an Al Gore quote on it somewhere, since Al Gore is now a Nobel Peace Prize recipient. Maybe something like E Pluribus Unum, out of one, many! - Al Gore

I like the creative Obama seal but I’d enjoy seeing one with him standing behind it where it reads, “No, no, no, God DXXX America!”

I believe that would be more accurate.

I write on dollar bills.

I build fine scale airplane models. And am now glad that I decided not to buy the decals to finish my SH-3 as a VH-3 "Marine One". Of course, I may be in a *bit* of trouble for the decals I bought and used to build an S-3B as "Navy One". Then again, maybe not - the POTUS Seal was only on the instruction sheet, not on a decal for application to the plane. So I think it's the decal manufacturer that's goin' to jail.

I think the Obama seal is ok, as long as he replaces the standard American Eagle with this one...
