Well, personally I think all this is the beginning of Judgement on America. How long do you think we can spit in his eye with gay marriage, abortion, pornography (especially child porn), murder, every evil possible. He gave this country much and He gave us His grace. Look what has happened to it since 1963, when they took prayer out of school. Hang on, this is just the beginning. Next comes the economy...

Made sure I checked that this is the News/Activism forum, and not the Religion forum before posting this. I try to avoid posting on the latter like the plague.
Finally someone else has mentioned how hollywood abuses God’s holy name. Just last week I was watching the new show In Plain Sight and once again they abuses God’s holy name. That is the last time I will watch the show! I know that these writers do NOT have to disrespect God’s name for any creative reason,they just do it because everyone does it now. My daughter is a writer and just a month ago she told me she changed the wording in her script because of an email I sent out on hollywood’s abuse of God’s holy name,it seems she was going to do the same thing but changed the script because someone said they thought it was wrong. And more people have to speak out about this. Hey I have got into some interesting arguments over this. Some people get into a very bad habit of saying G D this and G D that and never think they are doing anything wrong!

He doesn’t “need attention”. He’s hoping to get the attention of non believers! He knows in advance who will be where. He has a date in mind for all of us.
If people chose to REJECT Him - that is their choice. Coerced love and obedience is NOT what He is looking for. There also comes a time, when it is too late ... . There is ample opportunity to turn to Him, by CHOICE.

Doesn’t God know, when He creates someone, if they are going to be a believer or not, and when/if they will reject Him?
I have always found it difficult to believe that an omniscient, loving God would create a soul that He knew a priori would use its free will in such a manner that He would have to condemn that soul to an eternity of suffering.

God created the world. Men "created" this country and political system.

God allows us a certain measure of "Free Will". That means that He gives us all the rope we need to hang ourselves.

...and will be here until He returns! God created a world of His design, allowing us to make our own choices, each day. His design didn't include drones and puppets. He wants us to want Him!

Why don’t you use the entire sentence? That’s very disingenuous in the least to only use a couple of words out of someone’s sentence.
Didn’t God know the outcome of Job’s trials and exactly everything that Job was going to say and do, beforehand?
