NY's Triborough Bridge To Be Renamed For RFK
Reported by: Clyde Gray
Last Update: 6/05 4:01 pm
The bridge leading to New York's JFK Airport will soon be named for the former president's younger brother.
Governor David Paterson is set to sign a measure to rename the Triborough Bridge after New York Senator "Bobby" Kennedy.
At the time of his death, he was running for the democratic presidential nomination.
I think when you look at the filthy bums that both of them raised you've even gotta question just how decent *they* were. And yes...I understand that the fathers had something to do with it too.I'm not letting them off the hook by any means.
Kennedys = thugs with ivy league educations
...scored with Marilyn Monroe....

Yeah, she sure was a tramp, a role model for so many young women in and out of Hollywood today.
I don’t know anything about RFK so can’t comment on that or what he thought about that bridge.
I just know that Ronald Reagan was a dignified, honorable man with a strong sense of history and a love of California. Therefore, in my heart I just KNOW he would NEVER want the Golden Gate Bridge to be renamed...especially after him. It’s one of our most famous landmarks and should remain with glorious name it was given. There’s no reason to change it.
Of course, all New Yorkers will continue to call it “The Triborough,” just as the Jackie Robinson Parkway remains the Interboro and the Joe DiMaggio Highway is still the West Side Highway. Locals will continue to call the bridge from Rockaway to Brooklyn the Marine Park Bridge rather than the Gil Hodges Memorial Bridge and continue to call Route 878, which separates Rockaway from Nassau County, “the new road.”
Commies love to rename stuff. The Soviets & Chicoms used to do it all the time - Leningrad, Stalingrad, People’s Park, Revolution Blvd.
Here they use different names - MLK Plaza, Cesar Chavez St, JFK elementary School - but the idea is the same.
