I’m in SE Michigan and these dolts are clamoring for marxist/socialist policies. Even when I correctly point it out to them that it is truly marxist. They just blame President Bush and continue to express their desire for the Federal government to take care of them.

When we lose our second amendment - there will be a war. Unarmed, we suffer at their whim. The elites will live in luxury while the rest of the country withers and suffers. Their gated communities will not help them once American patriots smell the powder.

Many moons ago, I said that we have powder kegs everywhere waiting for a spark. The liberal children (aaah, I wanna be president, aaaaaaah, I'm a victim, I wanna nationalize the Big Oil and take their profits, etc.) are fumbling and playing with the proverbial matches. It'll be a catastrophe. Maybe we need one to clean up the country but I don't think any of us like to see it starting.

The small Towns of Maine have Republicans in the State House and Senate. My two guys who represents my summer cottage town are Republican. I just wish they would move up and run for Congress.

Are they taking notes from Chavez? Nationalizing does not help much of anything yet alone an industry that can bring everyone to their knee's.

Then the question arises, if they control how much gas gets into the market, who is to say they will allow any more, as "it is bad for the environment". Isn't that what most these environmental quacks want(most democrats), little to no harmful pollution from fossil fuels?

Drill offshore, Create more refineries, and stop the wall-street crowd with their market speculating.

I hear ya, FRiend. We have dire choices. McCrap & Trade's may not nationalize "Big Oil" but will nationalize the citizens through his childish, stubborn illegal immigration policy. This is one of the big powder kegs, judging by the opinion of over 65% of Americans. Can you say that even liberals disagree with him on that? Nevertheless, noooooooo, my Frienshs, I heard you but shtill that’sh whatsh I'm gonna do to you! It will take a crane to lift my arm to pull the lever for him, because if I don't, it's the Mehdi's doom and domestic strife. This is not changing the subject because powder kegs are intertwined.
