‘The government is the only party that my not conduct “unreasonable searches”’

Since what the government was searching was the property of said government, the service funded by taxpayer money and conveyed to the employee as a tool of employment, there is NO “unreasonable search” here.

I said I didn't agree with the decision. Thinking about it, it is obviously ludicrous as at places like the NSA, they examine you coming and going, looking into whatever you are carrying; and they even escort visitors to the bathroom. Since visitors and employees are no different in terms of "Constitutional rights" it would seem that the NSA would be on the wrong side of a decision like this. But as I said I was only pointing out that it does not extend to private sector employers.
