I thought that Bush41 signed an EXECUTIVE ORDER that put the kibosh on drilling somewhere - was it ANWR? OffShore? I don't remember.
If that's the case, couldn't Bush43 lift it?
It might hurt his re-election chances with the envirowackos, but his chances are pretty low already.

Yes- and Dana Perino just answered that question on FOX- she said the order can be overturned.
Also mentioning oil shale as a possibility..

Dana Perino just explained that there were two components: the executive order AND a law Congress passed in the 90’s. President Bush could rescind the executive order and nothing would happen, because of the law Congress passed.
