Maybe, maybe not. This issue has been dropped right into the laps of Republicans as a golden opportunity in the current electoral season ... its good to finally see some of them begin to run with it, albeit a bit late, but at least they're beginning to run with it.
If the Pubbie's run with this issue, they'll destroy the Dems at the polls in November. Dems won't be laughing then.

If the Dems laugh at this while persisting with solving every problem by raising taxes, it will be another reason to dump the Democrat majority in the next election.
