McCain should point out that the end of the Bush Administration come to a solid end with the fact that Cheney chose not to run for President. That is something that people can easily recognize as the truth of the matter.
BTW, NYT uses a creepy picture of McCain and Bush under "Multimedia" that looks photoshopped to make them look extra old.

In regards to McCain...is that possible??? lol.

All I have to say is that I am so sick of reading “Mr Bush” or “Mr McCain”. Love them or hate them the voters gave them titles. They are President Bush and Senator McCain /pet peeve.

I gather you didn’t leave like you said you would. Do you prefer long good-byes or just lots of attention?

"After all the kind posts I will probably keep commenting here occasionally as well". Sorry if that bothers you. I have commented on about 4 threads since then. I still have no plans to start any if it make you feel better.

Granted John McCain will be the oldest President ever elected to a first term, however, he has a significant amount of real-world experience as a result of having been around for a while. Obama has virtually none. One has been hardened by fire the other only by the intrigues of Chicago politics. For experience and proven character there is no comparison. Making fun of McCain's age is becoming a cheap shot in the media and is being used to program the public into believing he is too senile for the job. It wasn't McCain who talked about the 57 states... so who is senile?

It was just a joke. There is just no comparison between McCain and Obama. But McCain was shoved down our throats by the press and is just to liberal for me. It will be a Bush 3rd term. He has walked away from his conservative base.
