BAGHDAD U.S. Soldiers captured a suspected militant leader in the New Baghdad security district of eastern Baghdad, June 15.
Soldiers from the 30th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light), captured the suspected criminal leader and detained two others during an operation.
The highly sought-after criminal leader is believed to be responsible for explosively formed projectile attacks and supplying EFPs and EFP materials to special groups in New Baghdad and Sadr City.
Capturing this criminal definitely makes Baghdad streets safer for civilians and security forces alike, said Maj. Joey Sullinger, a spokesperson for Multi-National Division - Baghdad. This operation comes on the heels of ensnaring two militant targets in successive days, and is indicative of the dominoes of destruction and disorder beginning to fall.

No more prisoners for transport to Gitmo. Kill them on the spot.
Extract the info, then feed him to the buzzards.
Not only that, but did the soldiers read them the Miranda Warning? If not, President Anthony Kennedy will order them to be released and anything taken from them would have to be returned to them. Remember, we have to follow the “Rule of Law” (i.e., whatever the Hell President Kennedy rules from time to time).
I presume he was mirandized, before being given an overnight bag and a ticket, and sent on his way to Cuba with instructions to present himself at the Guantanamo Bay Beach Club at his earliest convenience.
Or shot on the spot.
A victory for our side, sure to be covered as a top story by ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and other impartial, non-bigoted news agencies and networks....
