GOP presidential candidate John McCain is inviting his Democratic rival, Barack Obama, to participate in a joint town hall at an open-borders advocacy group’s upcoming meeting in California.
“There is a meeting in California of La Raza,” McCain told reporters at an Arlington press conference Monday. “Both of us have accepted invitations. I say that we have a town hall meeting together in front of La Raza. I think that the people will be far more informed and in some ways, entertained if we had that format.”

Does this stupid SOB actually WANT to win?? I just don’t know. Is his campaign being run by a closet, leftist, Obama supporter? It almost has to be the case. No one could possibly be as dumb as McCain. Every possible damn way to convince the republican base to stay home on election day, and this silly bastard says it or does it! La Raza are a bunch of nuts who want us to give Mexico back part of the United States for Gods sake. Does this idiot know that? I just don’t understand. Fifty seven yrs old and I’ve never seen a SNAFU’d mess like this. The fact that the race is a toss-up is a true testament to the incredible weakness of the empty suit McCdumb is running against. Any half way decent candidate would destroy Obama, even with the 24/7 campaigning of the MSM. Unbelievable.
