Every day there are probably thousands of PRC Chinese kids in the USA....the children of tourists, students, business visitors etc. Do those PRC parents have any rights to their kids? Or can anyone, say a stranger or distant relative, just take ‘em?

Have you glanced at the title of this thread ? Do you know anything about Elian Gonzalez ? Nobody abducted him from Cuba. He WAS abducted from the United States by government Nazi stormtroopers acting on the orders of ClintonReno and forceably returned to a bloodthirsty Communist dictator.
