This thing doesn’t even declare sovereignty. Look what it actually says:

“THAT this serve as Notice and Demand to the federal government, as our agent, to cease and desist, effective immediately, mandates that are beyond the scope of these constitutionally delegated powers.”

So, Oklahoma is politely asking the federal government to please cease and desist. No mention of any way to enforce its “sovereignty”.

Agents work for the principals.

Agents are never the boss. Ever. This is pretty plain language.

A “notice and demand” is a bit more than a polite request.

In any case, this is a very hopeful development. At least there are politicians somewhere who aren’t afraid to make waves and fix this stupidity.
