People in the way of the Klinton’s have a way of suffering.

Consider the recent diagnosis of Teddy and now this death of Tim.

a very long line, indeed...but mostly because they pose a future or imminent threat.

But Russert was well known to have all his ducks in a row before an interview or debate. He was not the average empty headed journalist. Well educated, articulate and hard working, he was like a dog with a bone. If he asked a question, you can bet he would keep asking until you gave a real answer. He accepted no brush-over.

He may have had some 'deep' information that someone didn't want coming out. The Chicago Machine is a dirty and determined as it gets.

They pulled some mighty illegal stunts that got JFK the nomination. They were provable but Nixon declined to pursue it because of the damage it would cause the country...unlike the goracles in 2000 who DIDN'T have proof of anything illegal but to hell with everything and put the country through a crippling debacle, making us the laughing stock of the world.

Anyway, Russert was no longer a threat to the hilderbeast, so???
