It’s supposed to crest a foot higher than than the big flood of ‘93. The biggest problem then was that it took out the water plant. Let’s hope they’ve got it better-protected now.

How long did all those people who lost their homes in ‘93 live in FEMA trailers? Was Bill Clinton held accountable for that act of God?

My heart goes out to all these folks, it's a terrible thing.

But I am curious. Where is the wall to wall news coverage of this event??? I turned on CNN...they are covering R. Kelly. Fox is covering Tim Russert.

I watched the “Katrina Show” for weeks (or so it seemed).

This is equally as tragic. But no news coverage. Go figure.
