Good points. And, yes, it is VERY odd that they would’ve been able to scan it so perfectly. I’ve done a fair bit of “photoshopping” myself, and you’re right - it’s one of the harder “tricks” as far as alignment of text and such when working with a scan.

I honestly STILL don’t know why, if they were going to make the BC available to the WSJ, and Daily Kos that the campaign wouldn’t just put it on Barak’s website for the world to see... It’s still a little fishy.

If this does turn out to be a Photoshop, and if it isn't exposed as one, just imagine what the O's disciples would feel embolden to do next!

And, if this is a Photoshop, and they're caught Photoshopping something as significant as BO's BC, their credibility goes even farther down the toilet - and we have further cause to ask BO to produce the actual certified copy.

Getting a scan perfectly straight is difficult; straightening a scanned image is not. Some applications automatically look for a long straight line and rotate the image so that it's vertical or horizontal, but that's mostly for OCR.

If you're doing it manually in Photoshop, just place a horizontal guideline and then rotate the image until the page edge or another horizontal line is parallel to it.
