Kerry was guilty of treason and as such unable to serve if elected yet it was not considered a LEGAL block to his candidacy.

And while Hillary had probably not logged enough hours as co-president (besides Health Care, what was there on her watch), it is painfully obvious that Bill Clinton (who’d offered to sit in again on Hillary cabinet meetings) was constitutionally prohibited from serving as co-president again to circumvent the constitutional prohibition on a third term.

I believe every candidate for office in the US with age and citizenship requirements, should be required to prove it. It's not to much to ask. The fact that he refuses is placing doubt.
