$35k bail for people who attacked and killed someone on a dare.

At least they didn’t drive their own car to the scene. In this day and age, that would amount to special circumstances.

Lets hear it for public transportation.

“We all didn’t want to seem like no punk,” Ameer Best, 17, told police in a written statement read at a preliminary hearing Wednesday for Best and four co-defendants.

Are these people uncivilized savages? I hate to ask, if they had parents at home, if they were ever taught any values, and what kind of moral compass they have? What kind of moral compass does somebody have if they will go out and kill someone on a dare? If someone is dared to do something like that and they don’t feel revulsion, I don’t know what to say. Death penalty for people under 18 was ruled unconstitutional.
