Oh, I think enough people will figure it out that McCain will win in the end. I’m certainly planning on holding my nose and voting for him. But it’s always harder to get enough people to go out and vote AGAINST somebody than FOR somebody. It’s no surprise that Americans act more stupid when you give them a choice between two people they don’t like. If you give them better choices you’d see them acting a lot less dumb I think.
Remember how close the Reagan race was in 1980, despite a disastrous Carter term? I'd like to think American's are smarter than they appear, but it's tough finding any evidence of that these days.
