with the “Legal American” voter part...the rest wasn’t worth a response.

How come everyone who supports McCain over Obama is a “troll”..and how come you have to stoop to name calling?

Usually when people post about imigrants on these threads they emphasize the word Legal as the DBM casts both as the same (illegal, Legal)

It's kind of a tip off to a troll. Please don't take offense as I was just asking.

I have to say though, I've see a lot of heated posts regarding McCain here though I've never seen anyone called a troll for it especially when it's McCain vs Obama. Guess I missed them.

As for myself, I have many issues with McCain and really won't decide what to do till election day rolls around. I will say this, if I do give my vote to him it won't be for him but rather against either Obama or Hillary (no, I don't believe she is out yet)

"I thought that was mean...until I read the history from Happy."

What? Me mean? LOL...just kidding.

Were you referring to the troll part or the legal American voter that I corrected for him?

FWIW, I am in total agreement with you on the McCain dilemma.

I want to see if a Hispanic who does not believe in these pro-illegal views will be welcome!!

Thank you for trying. It is worth a try. Be warned, my friend (of Mexican decent) who has lived in U.S. Border towns all his life, was one of three people who took McCainh on a tour of the area a little over a year ago. My friend was in the middle of explaining some things that happen on the border, when McCain turned red in the face, and blew up, telling my friend he didn't know what he was talking about, an argument followed, neither would back down, someone else rapidly butted in, and changed the subject.

I have lots of issues with McCain as well; global warming, oil companies;illegals....but I think we can influence him...we ARE a force when we get motivated. But I think Obama and or Clinton are too big of a risk to the country to walk away from voting for MCain. That’s why I want him out hustling ALL the votes he can get.

As a group...we need 4 years to kick the stupid over-spenders...over-regulators...out of Congress.

I appreciate your sentiment on being a force and having influence, except for with McCain.

He will most likely be a one term pres. so he won't try to please his voters that put him in office to get reelected. After all, he's shown time and again that he is a "Maverick"

Secondly, we are going to have a what looks like a veto proof dem house and senate. No matter who gets in, this Country is in for a tumultuous period of time. If McCain is in, the GOP (whats left of it) is going to get the blame further destroying the party and probably for a long, long time.

If the dems win the WH, I expect whoever is in (Obama or Hillary) is going to be tested sooner rather that later. We are indeed heading for some interesting times, IMHO. This is a difficult decision for sure.

However, we can still throw the bum out at the convention and draft a true conservative to run. A man in the mold of Hunter or even McClintock comes to mind. I think that is where the force and influence you speak of is best suited.

As a group...we need 4 years to kick the stupid over-spenders...over-regulators...out of Congress.

Agreed, but that would require a revolution, one that I would be glad to sign up for. McCain is an intrinsic part of the problems that you stated. For example, could you see him nominating judges that would overturn McCain Fiengold?

You don’t get it do you? McCain has never been popular here, not to mention the fact that you are very new and that alone makes you suspicious. Especially when you show no interest in anything but earning McMugs.

No one here supports Obama, that is your 1st mistake, an ignorant one I might add. Many, not all, do not support Juan either. This is a conservative site, not a GOP site.

You want to hang around people who cheer McCain 24/7? Look elsewhere.

No, CL is PRO-immigration...

It’s McCain, the illegal aliens, and their enablers who are anti-immigration...

Why should McCain even campaign in Illinois? I live there and a monkey or a dog would win on the Democrat side of the ticket. Considering this is Obama’s home state, he will take IL by a landslide and all the electoral votes so why waste any time at all in IL? I will not vote for McCain but can vote for local issues.

we’re on the same page. I have HUGE issues with McCain...and I agree that en-trenched goverment is such a part of the problem....that’s why we have such a high percentage of millionares in the Senate...it’s embarrassing and insulting to we tax-payers.

But my issues with Obama are even bigger. He’s truely a Marxist...and serves up a speech like velvet. All the idiots will vote for him because he promises “free stuff”. He’ll only make it all worse....at least with McCain there should be some spending restraint....and abortion will be held back...and the troops will be taken care of.

With obama...the whole apple cart gets turned over.
