To a Catholic, that would be anyone who practices sola scriptura. Then there is always mariolatry.

I doubt anyone actually claims to worship the Bible. Nor do I think it is a useful criticism in any case that I know of.

More to the point, there are people who worship the concept of God, rather than God Himself. The difference is they do not actually diligently seek God in their heart. Some of these people might fall on either side of the "Bibliolotary" question.

If we truly seek God, we will naturally seek out the Bible for guidance, comfort, and personal moral correction.
