maybe he figured it could go up more while waiting in line.
now the doctor knows what we feel like waiting around to see him. I’m bringing a tire iron to my next appointment.

I was figuring that the Doctor, so concerned about saving a few cents per gallon, probably left his car idling while in line....pretty much canceling any perceived cost savings.
