US Lawmakers to Review Mexico Aid Terms

MONTERREY, Mexico -

U.S. lawmakers will review the language of a US$1.4 billion anti-drug plan that Mexican officials contend infringes on their nation's sovereignty, a senior U.S. senator said Sunday.

Welfare payments to the Drug Cartels is questionable..
