Question:
I lead the diversity and inclusion function and we have 12 regional diversity councils that we bring together at a summit once a year. This year we are having a segment called "Ask the White Guys." Our objective is to include the white guy in the diversity conversation. Any suggestions or things we ought to think about as we moderate this segment?
Answer:
I suggest you not do this.

“I’m sure the “black guys” would be surprised to hear it, but my SOUTHERN ancestors never owned any (slaves).”
And of course they would be so surprised to hear that a lot of blacks owned black slaves in the South. So surprised, that they usually refuse to hear it.
because many whites have grown weak and are feminized
or they are thugga imitators and their IQ does not even rise to such thoughts

Yeah, to Hell with the white guys. They’re...White!
Part of the maternal line of the Southern branch of my folks originated in Georgia. If you remember your early American history, Georgia was originally "Australia" (i.e. a penal colony used by Great Britain to "off-load" their "undesirables").
Diversity is owning matching his and hers magnums.
Diversity is owning a cat and dog.
Diversity is deciding whether to drive the SUV or the pick-up.
Diversity is ordering surf ‘n turf at the restaurant.
