Every court in the land will give children to Mommys over Daddys Unless you completely destroy the woman in court at great financial and family cost.
And he’s the last person to know! Hmmm?
There are some things we all know, but don’t want to acknowledge.
Child support follows the child - custodial parent's misdeeds (or massively higher standard of living) have NO bearing on the perceived obligation that daddy pay as much as can be extracted toward the kiddies well being.
(Ability to pay has damn little to do with it)
Of course, custodial parent can do whatever they want with that money - once it's delivered it's just more income.
Indeed he could be in debt for the rest of his life.
However, a good lawyer would have filed and already obtained defacto custody for him based on child endangerment based on her abduction of the children.
What transpires from there is anybody’s guess.
But he needs to obtain sole custody immediately and press the abduction charges.
The laws will not change until we make them change.
And you have to prove in the public court that Moms a whore or a crackhead. There are serious ramifications to the family that fighting just wont fix.
She has abducted the children. That is enough to obtain custody.
So change the rules and the law. It just takes organization and teamwork.
