Well it does make sense, with our economy trashed, taxes quadrupled and “free” health care, along a couple of our major cities turned to ruble, Mexico may finally be the more attractive alternative.

So what are you saying? That the socialists have won so the best we can do is shut our mouths, cede our conservative principles and march to the socialist sea like good little lemmings? Hasn't the people's overwhelming rejection of amnesty legislation causing the socialists in Congress to back down twice last summer and two weeks ago taught you the people have the power and not Congress critters? Please explain to me how accepting socialism stops socialism and advances the conservative cause? Are you truly ready for more intrusive legislation that will extinguish your personal freedoms? Why is it conservatives must always cede their principles while the socialists never yield their principles to conservatives?

I don't know about you but we don't need the type of legislation that tells what type of light bulbs we can and cannot use in our own homes! This power grab taken from the people and given to a relatively small minority is anathema to the purpose of the Constitution. Apparently you don't mind the Constitution is being supplanted with socialism but I do.

The third party misconception would be true if we had a two party system. The reality is the GOP's weakness has led them down the socialist path to expand their voter base. The result is a ideological merger with the socialist Democrats. They are essentially one party. Another party will restore the two party system.

You're missing the very obvious point that there is no WOT if you allow the terrorists in through the front door of our borders even though you prevent them coming in through the back door from the Middle East!

Yes, by all means let's maintain a tax code that takes away personal freedoms by demanding to know every detail of your personal life and punish with the fines or imprisonment for those who refuse to relent instead of replacing it with one that will abolish such intrusions and restore power to the people as intended by our founding fathers when the wrote the Constitution.
