The pot calling the kettle black? He has already admitted his own ignorance but now claims enough authority to make pronouncements on his predecessors.

I am pretty much still pro-Bushie, but the point this guy made is correct. Outside of tax policy, his economic policy has not been all that good. No leadership whatsoever on spending or controlled government, new spending on education and Medicare, open borders. Obama is worse by far, with more spending 100X. McCain can actually pick up votes if he leads on reining in spending, minimize government regulation, etc.

President Bush knew enough to cut taxes.
The left still can’t figure this one out.

What do you expect after nominating one of the most Liberal GOP Senators for President of the United States?

I wish this McCain guy and all others in the McCain camp would shut up their mouths.
This is making it hard for those of us who are President Bush supporters to vote for McCain.
I would never feel the loyalty that I have for Bush, for McCain.

The President knows at least enough economics to understand that reducing tax rates increases tax revenues. That's considerably more than anyone in McCain's campaign seems to understand.

“McCain Aide Says Bush Knows Little About Economy”
This moron needs to look into his own candidates’ recent oral history on his OWN knowledge of the economy.

Everything Mclame knows about the economy he learned from Charlie Keating.

McCain's advisor
"said the only similarity between McCain's economic plan and Bush's is a commitment to keep taxes low. ``Sadly, it seems that is all President Bush understood in the economy,'' Holtz-Eakin said in an interview to be broadcast this weekend on Bloomberg Television's ``Conversations with Judy Woodruff.'' It is Barack Obama's budget plan, not Senator McCain's, that resembles Bush's policies, he said.
``It's dedicated to the recent Bush tradition of spending money on everything,'' Holtz-Eakin said.
This is the latest and most aggressive effort by the McCain campaign to distance the candidate from the unpopular policies of Bush. Illinois Senator Obama has charged that a McCain victory in November would amount to a third Bush term on economics.

Agreed. I have NO loyalty for mclame, nor will I vote for him.
I may not agree with everything President Bush has done, but he's a good and decent man.
Can't say the same for mclame.
