"Finally, a member of Congress has announced a laudable plan to do something about the abusive behavior of demonstrators of the anti-war left. Rep. Todd Akin (R-Mo.), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, has introduced legislation to deal with what he has described as a growing number of our fellow citizens [who] are abusing their right of free expression through vandalism and violent protest aimed at military recruiters and those who wish to serve."
Finally someone talking serious about Code Pink's anarchical activities. There are a lot more examples of Code Pink's crimes then noted in the article.
The article is several weeks old, anyone know the out come? Probably never got out of committee since the Rats control the committee.
Thanks to Cindy_True_Supporter who emailed me about this.

D.C. Chapter Master Pink List.
I wonder if anyone wants the debris from the March 19 attack on the D.C. Recruiter offices.
They should take a step even further and arrest these femi-nazi pigs for treason!
These bottom-feeding, American hating leftists gave money to the enemy/insurgency in Iraq. The ones who are killing our soldiers.
Code Pinko needs stopped completely.
None of the USSS detail were fired after they let Code Pink within knife range of SECSTATE.
What makes you think anything will happen to them now?
The Left has won.
Yes I do, and I still have red paint on several signs from the March attack on the D.C. recruiter center.
At least someone is finally looking into CP. I saw on FR several weeks ago that the FBI is also looking into CP and their vandalism. At the very least, maybe the Capitol police will be more vigilante when they are spectators in the House and Senate chambers.
And this also gives CP something to think about - that they are being watched.
[Mr] T
My only souvenier at the moment are my paint smeared jeans. Never could get the paint washed out. It only cost me $69 to get my boots cleaned up and redyed--LOL!
You forgot the transsexual femi-nazi pigs also. There is one in D.C. that hasn't finished his/her operations. [Mrs] T likes to rib him/her by saying “At least I don't have b***s.”
[Mr] T
Re your pants, at least you have a pair to wear to the next CP anti-troop demonstration.
[Mr] T
I hope it’s the start of something big. Something needs to be done with these people. Seriously.
These people are the home-grown enemy of the United States. To me, Code Pinko is no better than Al-Qaeda.
These anti-American traitors should have been locked up a long time ago for their sedition and treason. Either that or they should have been sent to locked facility for the insane for the rest of their lives.
In addition to criminal trespassing and vandalism, why aren’t these idiots being charged with hate crimes?
True. They are communists. And they cozy up to other commie/socialist thugs like Hugo Chavez.
They should be in jail or at least deported for their crimes. The fact that they’re not is a crime in itself.

CONGRESSMAN AKIN INTRODUCES FREEDOM TO SERVE ACT
http://akin.house.gov/apps/list/press/mo02_akin/20082005.shtml
May 20, 2008
Washington, DC In response to increased frequency of attempts to intimidate recruiters and potential recruits for the United States military, Congressman Akin (R-MO) has introduced the Freedom to Serve Act of 2008 (FSA), HR 6023. Crafted in respect of the First Amendment rights of citizens, the bill seeks to protect those who have served our country and those who wish to serve our country in the United States military from attempts to intimidate and unduly restrict access to recruiters and recruiting facilities with threats of bodily harm, property damage or other violent action.
While respecting the First Amendment right to peacefully demonstrate, the FSA will establish specific federal criminal penalty for attempting to prevent military recruiting through acts of violence or intimidation.
"Throughout our history, members of the Armed Forces have inspired us with their bravery, honor and dedication," said Akin. "Passage of the FSA will honor that service while protecting the right to protest back home."

[Mr] T
A quick right upper cut would have fixed that smartly.
Can you imagine what these people will turn into when Obama is elected, and they're running this country? Horrible thought..........
As someone who has faced toe-to-toe with smelly code pink scum, I believe I have a say in this. (Not really but hyperbole sounds great) I don’t want their free speech rights infringed, or mine. That said, if they block an entrance, trespass inside, or vandalize...throw the book at them. Many, many of the videos in Berkeley show clear violations of law. Prosecute ‘em. Don’t pass new laws.
I believe we can handle insults, protest and one finger salutes....even chats.....Blocking the ingress of a recruiting station for 7.5 hours isn’t free speech. It’s a crime. Prosecute it, or remove funding form Berkeley ‘cause they wouldn’t.
PING!
