Every warm blooded being has it. It only affects the young, weak, old or ill. You never hear of Toxoplasmosis cases, do you? That's why. It's hard to nail down a figure but some experts say incidents could be .25 to .50% of the US, one quarter of one percent isn't something to worry about. Big cats can be a worry, however.
