He isn’t naive. He is ignorant and wrong headed and hateful.

But if Slate is starting to question IF he is the wrong candidate, they should have been asking these questions in JANUARY 2008.

Slate is not questioning Obama, they’re defending Obama. Here’s the last paragraph of the article:

“Either way, not only was Obama’s remark not naive; it reflected a more instinctive understanding of the post-Cold War world than either of his opponents seem to possess.”

Memories are short I know, but many comments were made about Bush being naive in 2000.

Anyone would be naive when first elected president.

I’ll bet the founding fathers were considered naive in their endeavors!
