Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton will suspend her campaign late this week, senior campaign officials confirmed tonight.
Clinton will host an event in Washington on Saturday "to thank her supporters and express her support for Senator Obama and party unity," according to Howard Wolfson, who did not explicitly state that Clinton is dropping out of the race. But other campaign officials said the event will coincide with her departure, despite her earlier reservations about stepping aside.

She’ll be back. It is going to be tragically hilarious when she takes the nomination and no ads are run against her. McCain won’t do it and McCain’s crowning legislative achievement dictates that the 527s cannot as the conventions end within 60 days of the election.

the Beast is now officially, the biggest Looooser in history... at least in her own mind she is, and that's what counts!
she has been groomed her whole life building up to this moment in time.
all those years of work, of the cheating, scheming, lying, thieving, bribery and corruption... all for naught.
she was inevitable, it was hers for the taking, and she blew it. how frustrating it must all be.
even her stolen FBI files were no help against some whelp out of nowhere... this clean, well spoken magic negro beat her at her own game, in spades.
she'll prolly be on suicide watch when this is over.
