United States Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama on Wednesday declared that as president his goal would be to eliminate the threat to Israel from Iran, speaking in an address to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.
"I'll do everything in my power to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon. Everything, "Obama told the pro-Israel lobby at a conference in Washington, only hours after securing his party's nomination.
Later in the speech, which was frequently punctuated by the crowd's rapturous applause, he said: "I will always leave the threat of military action on the table to defend our security, and that of our ally Israel"...

Yup. Glib-talking psychopath. And never underestimate the gullibility of the audience, hearing what they want to hear.
"I will begin, as I have stated previously, by getting rid of most, and eventually all, U. S. nuclear weapons."
Exactly. Either there were a lot of Jewish leftist dupes in the audience, or "Osama" Obama's campaign carefully filled the auditorium with their own hacks, or the leftist wire services from which the article was written grossly overestimated the reception Osama received. Any Zionist who has been following this campaign at all would know better than to be mesmerized by Obama's disingenuous remarks.
It's not Obama who is "reworking" the speeches. It's a Jewish speechwriter on his staff who wrote this speech, and "Osama" followed through with it because he knows he has a lot of fence-mending to do with the Jewish community. Let's hope that this disingenuousness will be seen for what it is.

I thought we fought this one to a standstill. After reading this article, look below at the comments. Folks aren't buying it. Obama has done a retorical 180 in the last few weeks, and thrown 3 people and his own church under the bus just for expediency. Folks may be slow but they aren't stupid.
The guy will throw Israel under the bus so fast, it would make your eyes spin. This is just lies and pandering, and no one is fooled.
